We recently had the opportunity to check out an amazing diaper/mommy/work/school bag from
Amy Michelle! I know, sounds complicated, but it's really the smartest bag I've seen in awhile! But before I go into how cool the Amy Michelle Eco Tote is, let's back up a little.
The Dilemma...
When Lil' Pea was, well, a Lil'-er Pea, we had the heavy duty diaper bag! You know the one that can hold everything and promises not to eat your items up in the process, yet somehow you can never find anything in it! Yea we had on of those. It was big enough to hold it all, yet completely failed in the function department. It was a diaper bag and nothing beyond that. Which seems a bit silly to me, considering the price of some of these diaper bags. I mean, c'mon you want me to shell out $350 for a diaper bag? Ok but that bag better be with me when the kids are in 3rd grade!
Women today need a bag that's going to function as a diaper bag in the baby days, incorporating plenty of pockets for individual items AND can be used down the road as a purse or a tote bag. At least that's my picture of a perfect diaper bag. Oh and let's not forget it has to look good!

Eco Tote to check out, an all-in-one recycled tote that can be used whether your with baby, at work, travel or anywhere for that matter! I originally intended it for use with Lil' Pea. It's big enough to fit everything, yet has multiple pockets so that I can designate certain things to certain areas, making sure that I don't lose anything in the process. Turns out I don't just use it just for my everyday running around, but it makes an amazing school bag. I can fit my mini HP laptop inside, along with my school books and all of my personal items that remain in there on a daily basis. The Eco Tote has an open pocket on the front, as well as a zippered pocket for important items like cell phones and keys that require easy access at all times.
Eco Friendly...
Let's not forget the main focus of the Eco Tote and that's the fact that its Eco Friendly! Each Eco Tote recycles about 11 water bottles and 8.5 oz. of fabric...pretty cool, eh?
